Burgess Jr. Foundation, Inc empowers underrepresented and at-risk youth ages 12-19 to reach their full potential through resilience building programs & workshops, mentorship, story-telling conferences; providing hybrid innovative and motivational intervention programs; our mission is to improve self-esteem, mental, physical, sustainable resiliency, self-confidence and academic success in at-risk youth residing in low-income communities; providing resources that align with directly addressing crisis in low-income communities.
The Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundations Storytelling conference can be the perfect conference reigniting hope and purpose for your educators and students next assembly or special occasion/event; Through tailored storytelling, presentation and laughter, Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundation, Inc story telling conference has assisted in educators connecting with some of their most challenging students. RBJ Inc. speaks on various topics empowering students and educators to take action; RBJ Inc. has a way of engaging at-risk youth within low-income communities, institution and/or programs; providing the framework to discussing important topics.
The Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundation Inc. Student Motivators programs equips at-risk youth and students with skills and motivation for sustainable success; our student motivators program prioritizes the mindsets of the underrepresented youth within low-income communities; our powerful motivational process videos are processed in programs, schools, institutions and/or youth community programs; Teachers, parents, educators, organizations and programs all over the world listen to our motivational videos and process them with the student and/or youth population they serve; helping students better connect to difficult conversations; SMP could be used as an icebreaker to discussing important topics.
The City - Teen Empowerment Mentoring Program is a motivational driven initiative; developed with thought provoking exercise & activities for at-risk youth ages 13-17; The City- Teen Empowerment Mentoring Program promotes healthy decision making and goal setting; providing at-risk youth with team building and resilience strengthening skills to overcome common youth challenges.
The Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundations message to at-risk youth is simply "they didn't come this far to only come this far." The Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundation inspires at-risk youth to make healthy choices and set healthy goals; strengthening low-income communities by empowering the youth within.
No fee is set in stone for Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundation to bring our services to your students, teachers or organization. We strive and aim to work with you to make a huge impact; we do not want cost to be the only reason why The Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundation doesn’t come to inspire, build up and motivate the population you serve.
45 mins – 1 hour for an in-person conference (which includes a short Q&A session) OR 45 minutes for a virtual assembly with an optional 10 minutes of Q&A added at no cost.
